The Huntington Theatre Company: Human Resources Intern (Boston)
OVERVIEW 
The Human Resources Intern will generally support the team, assisting in onboarding/exiting, payroll, benefits, job postings, scheduling interview committees, and other duties as assigned.
The HR Intern will be responsible for the long-term project of an audit of the PAYCOM
system, specifically removing, updating and adding/or adding requisitions necessary for
appropriately staffing the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Position Audit Review the ATS system to close open positions that are no longer in use 
- Condense positions listed in the Paycom system 
- Review and compile job descriptions for company postings 
- Research job fairs for the school calendar year, in support of Workforce Development and new employee recruitment 
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowlege of Adobe, Paycom, Tessitura, All Donor Software, Microsoft Suite (TEAMS), Google Suite 
- Knowledge of Power Point, Spreadsheet and Word Doc. 
- Typing skills 
- Written and verbal communication skills 
- Time management skills 
COMPENSATION
- $22.50 per hour 
INTERNS WILL WORK 28 HOURS PER WEEK AND ATTEND A MANDATORY OFFSITE PROGRAM DAY ONE DAY PER WEEK WITH THEIR COHORT.
- Internship Period: June 9 – August 8 
- Total Weeks: 9 weeks 
- Work Hours per Week: 28 
- Total Hours: 252 
- Workdays: 4 days per week onsite (Mondays – Thursdays) 
- Work hours will be 10 AM- 6 PM 
PROGRAM DAY:
- On Fridays, interns will attend an offsite program day with their cohort. 
- These hours are separate from the internship hours.
